Allegation of kidnapping and detention against PSG president

The accusation is terrible. One man was detained for almost 10 months by PSG chairman Nasser Al Khelaifi. The man knew some secret information about him. Khelaifi kept that man in a secret place out of fear that he might expose him.

He was released after handing over all confidential documents on the Khelaifi to his lawyer. The French press "Liberation" reported this news in an investigative report.

The detained man is named Taib B. He is a businessman of Franco-Algerian origin. The French press 'Liberation' accused Khelaifi of kidnapping and torture because of the detention of this man.

Khelaifi, a close relative of the Qatari royal family, is involved in politics as well as business. Khelaifi is also the chairman of Qatar Sports Investment Group (QSI), which owns PSG.

The real owner of this institution is Qatar's Ministry of Finance, said Una Galani, associate editor of the news agency Reuters.

The report claims that Tayeb B was arrested by Khelaifi in Doha in early 2020. The Spanish media "Marca" quoted the French media as saying that on January 13, 2020, Taib B was arrested by the PSG president.

He was released on November 1 of that year. According to the French media, Khelaifi's role was behind the corruption allegations that arose when FIFA chose Qatar as the host of the World Cup, and Taib B had various related documents.

Khelaifi finally recovered the documents by detaining him for months, applying pressure in various ways. Taib B. was released after handing over all the documents to the PSG president's lawyer. This document is handed over by secret agreement. 41-year-old Taib B lived in Qatar with his wife and children.

Khelaifi has not yet received any statement on this matter. However, such accusations surrounding the PSG president will have a negative impact on the colorful organization of the World Cup in Qatar.

Danish football has already announced a protest, alleging that the hosting of the World Cup in the country has violated human rights. Denmark will protest on the field in the World Cup.
