A Believer is never Disappointed
You are a believer, a believer, a God-loving person, never disappointed. Despair does not accompany the believer. How can you (the believer) be disheartened by the grace of Allah, the light of His mercy, kindness and love that is always showered upon the believer? What do you care about failure, defeat, tell me? Relying on Allah, they are not disappointed. The imperfections of the world do not hurt them. Rather, they count the wait for great success. That success, which has been promised by Allah Ta'ala himself. When your soul is full of trust in Allah, prostrate and say, O Allah! I have wronged myself, do not deprive me of your mercy. '(O Prophet,) say, O my servants, who have wronged your own souls, do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Surely Allah forgives all sins. He is Forgiving and Merciful.' (Surah Az-Jumar-53).
Allah Ta'ala has made His creation the universe as a great test center, Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'an, 'I will certainly test you with fear, hunger and loss of (your) lives and crops. And give glad tidings to those who are patient.' (Surah Baqarah-155) For the believers there will come a test from which no prophet or messenger was left out. If we look at the biography of the baby Prophet Musa, after his birth, his mother was instructed to float him in a box, as described in the Holy Qur'an, 'And I sent instructions to the mother of Musa, that you give him milk to drink. Then when you fear him, throw him into the river.' (Surah Qasas-07) On the one hand, Pharaoh's army and on the other hand, the child floating in the river is like pushing a child into the mouth of a water crocodile out of fear of a land lion. Didn't the fear that I-you have in the mind of the mother of Moses? has been However, he could not be overwhelmed by despair or fear. When he placed complete trust in Allah, then Allah declared, 'Do not fear or worry at all. Surely I will return your child to you and will include him among the Messengers.' (Surah Qasas-07).
Again, if we look at the Messenger of Humanity's emancipation Muhammad, Rasoolullah SAW, three sons were born to him, but none of them were in this womb, all of them were taken away by Allah Rabbul Alamin. He was not disappointed. The people of Makkah who gave him the title of Al-Amin kept him imprisoned in Shia Abu Talib for three years. Their oppression was so intense that finally, unable to bear it, they had to emigrate from their homeland by the command of Allah, even then He did not despair. If we look at the father of the Muslim nation, Hazrat Ibrahim (A.S), we find that he prayed to Allah Ta'ala, 'O my Lord! Give me a righteous son'. (Surah Saffat-100) Then Allah gave him the good news, 'So I gave him the good news of a long-suffering son'. (Surah Saffat-101).
Whose name is Hazrat Ismail A: When his beloved son reached the age of walking with him, then he was ordered to sacrifice, he did not despair, instead he trusted in the Lord and told his son Ismail about the dream, then Ismail A: said, what you Do what is commanded and by the Will of Allah you will find me patient.' Then when he reached the age of walking with his father, Ibrahim said to him, 'O son! I dreamed that I was slaughtering you. What is your opinion now? He (Ismail) said, O father! Do as you are commanded. By Allah's will you will find me patient.' (Surah Saffat-102) Neither father nor son was disappointed; Rather, they put their trust in God and put their son Ishmael to slaughter to please God, then God said, 'You turned dreams into reality! This is how I reward the righteous. Surely this is an obvious test.' (Surah Saffat: 105-106).
We all know the story of Hazrat Zakaria. He was in charge of Maryam. Every time he entered Maryam's room he would find rare out-of-season food available to her. He used to ask, O Maryam, where did you get these? He used to say, 'These are from Allah. Allah bestows unlimited sustenance on whomever He wills.' (Surah Ale Imran-37).
Zakariya (a.s.) did not have any children until then, he thought to himself and said, "If Allah can give me fruit in the off-season, then Allah can also give me children in my old age." Then he prayed without despair, 'O my Lord! Give me a holy child from You. Surely You are the Hearer of prayer.' (Surah Al-Imran-38) Allah never disappoints anyone who asks Him (Allah) with trust in Him. Even Iblish was not disappointed when Allah Ta'ala declared Shaytaan to be eternal hell, he had full trust in Allah Ta'ala and asked Allah Ta'ala to give him life till Qiyaamah. 'Grant me respite until the day when they will all be raised again,' he said, 'you are granted respite'. (Surah Al-A'raf: 14-15) He asked for the power to go into the veins of man. God gave him that too. The Holy Prophet said: "Surely the devil roams in the veins of the children of Adam". (Sahih Bukhari-1288)
Finally, the world is a prison for believers. (Sahih Muslim-2956) So prison is not a place of peace or comfort. It is a place of suffering, pain, suffering. The pain of living, the pain of losing loved ones, the pain of not being able to realize your dreams, the hidden pain hidden in the depths of the mind that maybe no one in this world knows.
Therefore, the world is a prison for those who believe, true believing servants of Allah. And prison is a place of sorrow and suffering. For the believer, there will be sorrow in the world - this is normal, but the believer will never be disappointed. A believer will take these problems with him and trust in Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala and continue to struggle for life without despair, and this is the virtue of a true believer.
