Protests continue in Iran over the death of Kurdish teenager Mahsha Amini in police custody. Oslo-based human rights organization Iran Human Rights (IHR) said that 76 people have been killed so far in the ongoing protests.
The Irani Media reported that the IHR reported 57 deaths on Sunday evening. The company updated the numbers on Monday.
The IHR said it was difficult to ascertain the number of casualties caused by the ongoing internet blackout in Iran.
Citing Iran's official figures, Reuters reported that the death toll since the start of the recent unrest has reached 41. Most of them are protesters, but there are also a few members of the security forces.
According to Iranian state media, pro-government protesters also demonstrated on the streets of Tehran. Millions of people have participated in it. Protesters chanted slogans protesting the creation of unrest in the country with the help of 'foreigners'. They also raised their voices against the United States and Israel
Reuters reported in a separate report that there are also allegations that the United States continues to use Iran's unstable situation to harm the country.
