Bangladesh will face Bhutan in the semi-finals of SAFF Women's Football Championship tomorrow on Friday. Bhutan is very weak on paper as Bangladesh's opponent. They did not score a single goal in Bangladesh's net in the previous five Saf Football Championships. This time they are playing in the first semi-final.

The Bangladesh team expressed their confidence to win the match to be held at 1:30 PM Bangladesh time at Dasharath Rangshala Stadium in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.

Bhutan, who failed to reach the group stage in the last five matches, have now reached the last four by crushing Sri Lanka 5-0 in the group stage. Therefore, Bangladesh coach Golam Rabbani Chotan does not want to take the opponent lightly in this very important match, 'Of course they (Bhutan) played well and reached the semi-finals. That is why they are strong. We will also come down with full force and apply it. We will play our game and leave the field with a victory inshallah. '

Bangladesh coach also said about the Bhutan match plan, 'My philosophy is that the girls have played three matches, now they will perform in another match. The semi-final is a knock out game, not a league game. These two days we have discussed all the issues. The girls are also aware and fully prepared for the semi-finals. Here too basically we need to repeat our performance (of previous matches) and win. '

After the Bangladesh-Bhutan match, India will take on hosts Nepal in the second semi-final at the same venue at 6:30 pm. Sabina has the possibility of meeting India again in the final. Chhotan said that everyone in the team is very fit before the semi-final. He said, 'Swapna's calf muscle is a little sore, today I rested him after the warm-up, so that he can play tomorrow. Everyone else is fine. '
