Golden Lion of Venice Reciepient

The 11-day meeting broke up. This year's Venice International Film Festival, the world's oldest film festival, began on August 31. The curtain fell on the 79th season last Saturday night. The names of the award winners were announced at the closing ceremony.The highest award of the festival 'Golden Lion' or Swarna Singha went to the American producer Laura Potters. He received this award for the documentary 'All the Beauty and the Bloodshed'. American actress Julianne Moore was the head of the seven-member jury board of the competition section of this year's festival. 23 films made it to the competition category.
