Two Deadly Diseases: Dengue death 4 in one day, Corona detected 421
The number of patients suffering from two deadly diseases dengue and covid-19 is increasing in the country. Four more people have died due to dengue in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 421 people have been infected with coronavirus.
This information was given in a separate statement of the Department of Health on Monday.
According to the dengue statement, 345 people have been admitted to the hospital due to dengue disease in the last 24 hours.
Among them, 228 people are in Dhaka. 117 people in other categories.
There are currently 1,112 patients admitted in various government and private hospitals of the country. Among them, 853 people are in Dhaka. 259 people in other categories.
So far this year, a total of 9 thousand 95 people have been admitted to the hospital due to dengue. Seven thousand 299 people in Dhaka. One thousand 796 people outside Dhaka. 37 people have died of dengue so far this year. Seven thousand 946 people have recovered and left the hospital.
Corona detected 421, the rate is 9.23 percent.
In the last 24 hours, 421 more people have been diagnosed with coronavirus. No deaths were reported at the same time. Against sample testing, the detection rate rose to 9.23 percent.
Yesterday, the Department of Health said that 4,560 samples were tested in 24 hours and 421 people were identified. 351 people in Dhaka. No new patients have been detected in 39 districts of the country. With this, the total number of identified patients in the country stood at 20 lakh 15 thousand 308. 29 thousand 334 people died. 19 lakh 59 thousand 37 people are healthy.
Pathology, diagnosis and research institute (IEDCR) advisor and the institute's former scientific officer Dr. Mushtaq Hossain himself is in isolation at home due to corona. He told Kal Kantha yesterday, Corona infection seems to be a bit high for about three weeks. If a thousand infections are released in one day, it should be understood that another wave of corona has arrived.
The first coronavirus was detected in the country on March 8, 2020. On July 28 last year, a maximum of 16,230 patients were detected in one day.
