to Saudi Arabia. He is scheduled to reach Riyadh, the capital of Saudi
Arabia, on Wednesday. Analysts believe that the Chinese president's visit
is sending a different message amid the strained relations between long-time
allies, the United States and Saudi Arabia.
According to Saudi Arabia's state news agency, the Chinese
president will attend a bilateral conference during his visit. Saudi Crown
Prince Mohammed bin Salman is also expected to attend the conference chaired by
Saudi King Salman.

Jinping will attend the China-Arab Summit and the China-GCC Summit during the

According to Arab diplomats, Xi Jinping's visit is
considered a 'milestone' in Arab-China relations.
Western countries are trying to freeze the price of Russian oil in response to the attack on Ukraine. The United States has called on Saudi Arabia to increase oil production.
