Class XI admission application will start on December 8

After the publication of SSC and equivalent examination results, a meeting held at the Ministry of Education today on Thursday decided the date of acceptance of applications for admission to class XI and other matters. Education Minister Dipu Moni attended the meeting online. The rest attended the meeting in person.

Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Chairman Professor Tapan Kumar Sarkar who was present at the meeting told Prothom Alo about the decision of the meeting. He said, online application can be done by choosing a minimum of five and a maximum of 10 educational institutions.

28th November SSC and equivalent exam result published. This time 17 lakh 43 thousand 619 people have passed the SSC and equivalent exams out of 19 lakh 94 thousand 137 people. A large number of these students are now waiting for higher secondary admission.

Education Minister Dipu Moni said last Monday on the day of the result announcement, the same method of admission to higher secondary will be used this year as well. There will be no interruptions. And there is no reason for seat shortage in admission. Because, the number of seats is much more than the number of students who pass.
