Cybercrime has increased alarmingly in the country: Home Minister

Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said that cybercrime has increased alarmingly in the country . This crime has spread so much that everyone has become fed up . Especially the girls of our country are victims of this crime . That is why they are most worried . Currently we are cybercrime I have formed a unit .

The Home Minister said these words while addressing the chief guest at the fourth founding anniversary of Gazipur Metropolitan Police held at Gazipur Police Line on Friday afternoon .

Under the chairmanship of Gazipur Metropolitan Police Commissioner Molya Nazrul Islam , State Minister for Youth and Sports Md . Zahid Ahsan Russell , Senior Secretary of Public Security Department of Home Ministry Mohammad Akhtar Hossain spoke as special guests . IGP Benazir Ahmed was the main speaker on the occasion .

Identifying Gazipur as an industrial town , the Home Minister also said that the industry here has developed in such a way that Gazipur has now become an economic activity . In the event , IG Police Benazir Ahmed said , if the capital of Bangladesh is Dhaka , we can identify Gazipur as the second capital of Bangladesh in the economic context . Gazipur is the lung of this country's economy . Thousands of industries and millions of workers are working here . We are 15 million every year Exporting dollar garment products . _ Most of them are exported from this region . Therefore , it will not be wrong to call Gazipur the lungs of the country's economy .
