Kaja prayer should be read

During the battle of Khandak, the Prophet (PBUH) and his Companions were unable to pray several times due to being surrounded by enemy forces. They perform that prayer running at night. [Sahih Bukhari: 1/83; Sahih Muslim: 1/226]

All the major and famous Imams of Fiqh Shastra agree that if a person prays or rushes, he must perform it later. If one does not perform the Qa'zah prayer despite having the opportunity, then he will face accountability in the Hereafter. The Islamic Shari'ah documents on this matter are as follows.

Instructions of the Qur'an: In the Holy Qur'an, Allah the Exalted says, "Surely prayer is obligatory on the believers, the time of which is fixed." (Surah Nisa, verse: 103)

As mentioned in the mentioned verse, the matter of setting a special time for each prayer is also mentioned indirectly, if the prayer is not offered at the appointed time, the matter of performing the prayer at a later time is also indirectly mentioned.

Debts to Allah must be paid: Narrated by Abdullah Ibn Abbas (RA), a woman came to the Prophet (PBUH) and said, My mother once vowed that she would perform Hajj. But he died before completing it. (What should I do in this case?) Rasul (pbuh) said,You perform Hajj on his behalf. Tell me, if your mother was in debt to someone, would you pay her debt? The woman said yes. Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "But repay your debt to Allah." Because he deserves more than what he deserves. (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 1852)

It is understood by the mentioned hadith, that the deed which is obligatory on the servant is Allah's debt or debt to the servant. The only way to get rid of this debt is to collect it.

Practices of Rasulullah (s.a.w.): The hadiths, practices and practices of the Companions of Rasulullah (s.a.w.) also show that if for some reason one cannot pray on time, he should make up for it later. Below are some examples:

During the battle of Khandak, the Prophet (PBUH) and his Companions were unable to pray several times due to being surrounded by enemy forces. They perform that prayer running at night. (Sahih Bukhari: 1/83; Sahih Muslim: 1/226)

Ijma of the Ummah: All the elite mujtahid imams of the Muslim Ummah agree that if one cannot perform the obligatory prayer at the appointed time, it is obligatory to perform it later. Imam Qurtubi (R.A.) said that all the scholars agree on the fact that if one intentionally abandons the prayer, it is necessary to make up for it. (Tafseer Qurtubi: 1/178)

The famous scholar of the Shafi'i school, Muhammad Ibn Abdur Rahman (r.a.), said that all the jurists agreed on the qaza of running prayers. (Rahmatul Ummah, page 46)

Shaykhul Islam Imam Ibn Taymiyyah (RA) said, if the number of Qaza prayers is too much in one's responsibility, then it is better to perform the Qaza of obligatory prayers rushed than to engage in Sunnah prayers. (Fatawa Ibn Taymiyyah: 22/104)
