Pakistan beat England by 10 wickets in a record partnership

Chasing the huge target of 200 runs given by England, Pakistan won by a landslide. The hosts won by 10 wickets with three balls in hand in the record pairing of Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan. With this victory, Pakistan returned to a 1-1 tie in the T20 series.

England scored 199 runs after losing 5 wickets in the second T20 of the series in Karachi on Thursday.

England got off to a good start after winning the toss and batting. Alex Hales returned after a pair of 42 runs. After scoring 26 runs off 21 balls, he returned to the dressing room after getting bowled. Another opening batsman Phil Salt was bowled with 30 runs off 27 balls.

Later, David Malan got out before getting any runs. Then Ben Duckett scored 43 runs off 22 balls and Harry Brook also returned with 31 runs off 19 balls. But in the end, Moeen Ali picked up a half century from unbeaten. He scored 55 runs in just 23 balls.

In this, England got a big collection of 199 runs.

Shahnewaz Dahani and Haris Rauf took two wickets for Pakistan.   

Babar and Rizwan were in rhythm from the start, playing for a big target. Babar played an innings of 110 runs from 66 balls for the target of 200 runs. He made an unbroken opening partnership of 203 runs with Mohammad Rizwan.

Rizwan was unbeaten on 88 off 51 balls.
Babar-Rizwan's run chase is now the highest in T20I. The previous record was held by both of them, they made an unbroken stand of 197 runs against South Africa last year. It is also a record run chase against England.
