SSC-equivalent exam starts on 30th April

The current year (2023) SSC and equivalent exam time has
been fixed. This exam will start from 30 April.
The matter was confirmed by Tapan Kumar Sarkar, Convener of
Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee and Chairman of Dhaka Education
Board.
He told Jago News on Sunday (January 29) that the SSC
examination will start from April 30. When a proposal was sent to the
Ministry of Education in this regard, it was approved. HSC exam will start
after two months.
Earlier, Education Minister Dipu Moni said that the 2023 SSC
and equivalent exams will be held at the end of April. This exam will be
conducted on the revised syllabus like last year. On the other hand,
higher secondary and equivalent exams will be held in June.
Usually SSC exam was held in February and HSC exam in early
April. But due to Corona, the entire syllabus got messed up from March
2020. It may take until next year for the exam to normalize.
Meanwhile, the results of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations will be published on February 8, said the Chairman of the Dhaka Board.
