Fakhrul Sahib, you have so much love for Pakistan: Bridges Minister

In response to BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir's comment, 'I was good during Pakistan period', Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said that Mirza Fakhrul's speech has left the heart of BNP. They want to make Bangladesh Pakistan again. We will not allow our beloved motherland to become Pakistan. This is our vow today.

He said this in a joint meeting with the editorial board of Awami League on Monday (September 19) with the leaders of the party's Dhaka Metropolitan North and South and affiliated organizations.

Obaidul Quader said, "When these nationalists hear the name of Pakistan again, our throats burn." Yes, if Fakhrul Sahib hears the name of Pakistan, we will be burnt to death. We made this country independent by fighting against Pakistan. Fakhrul Sahib, why do you care so much about Pakistan? Then this is the proof that Ziaur Rahman killed Bangabandhu in '75 to take revenge of '71.

Regarding the recent clash between BNP and Awami League workers, he said that the attacks in Comilla and Mirpur are fine. But in Barisal and Chittagong, BNP itself fought. But the media does not want to print that. The media does not want to print their negative news either. I am telling the leaders and workers of our party that if anyone is involved in the attack outside the leader's (Sheikh Hasina) instructions, they will not be exempted. By doing this, the responsibility will fall on the government, but we will not discount it. Our leader does not tolerate any bad deeds. No one was spared. We did not let anyone down.

Referring to a circle that is weaving a web of conspiracy at home and abroad, he said, but the conspirators do not know that Sheikh Hasina does not know how to retreat like Bangabandhu, she is not afraid. They do not know that Bangladesh will lose if he loses. The independence of Bangladesh will be lost, the spirit of liberation war will be lost. He also mentioned that Bangladesh will not exist if Sheikh Hasina is not in power.
