Teacher arrested for rape of madrasa student in Chandnaish

A teacher has been arrested by the police for allegedly raping a madrasa student in Chandnaish. His name is Md. Faisal (23). He is a teacher in the protection department of the Upazila Dhopachari Taibia Chaberia Azizia Sunnia Dakhil Madrasa and Orphanage.

In this regard, the father of the victim girl filed a case under the Women and Child Abuse Prevention Act at Chandanish police station.

It is known from the source of the case, Dhopachhari Taibia Chaberia Azizia Sunnia Dakhil Madrasah and Orphanage Department teacher Md. Faisal developed a romantic relationship with a 16-year-old student of class 9 of the said madrasa. Following this, he called the student to his bedroom on the afternoon of September 21 through a mobile phone and raped her multiple times by inducing marriage.

Later, on the night of October 6, when he went to the balcony of the madrasa, the teacher Faisal ran away after seeing the people around him come forward and gave him a bad proposal at one stage of the conversation.

In this regard, the father of the victim girl filed a case under section 9(1) of the Women and Children Torture Act 2000 at Chandanish police station on October 8.

The accused teacher in that case. Faisal was arrested by the police on Saturday (October 8) afternoon.

Arrested teacher Faisal is the son of Shafiul Alam of Banglabazar Munsirkhil area of ​​Ward No. 3 of Chambal Union of Banskhali Upazila.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Chandnaish police station. Anwar Hossain said that the arrested teacher. When Faisal was produced in the court on Saturday afternoon, he gave an incriminating statement under section 64 regarding the rape.
